I don't know that I would consider AA F an alternative to BA F, but flying through DFW on AA if you get the right AA flight, you would get to skip having to collect bags and reclear security, due to the OSS trial. Sorry I can't remember the flight # it's being applied to. Also, DFW does have Flagship dining for first unlike ORD.
