I hope the Mods will indulge me on this (for a while at least) as I am flying BA LGW-SVQ next week but won’t be able to get my entire party of 4 into the BA Lounge.

So. I pre-booked the 4 of us into Clubrooms LGW South using my PP card, for £15 additional per person. I know I am only allowed 1 guest with my PP card, but my partner will be with me and he also has a PP card so the theory is 2 cards, 2 guests. Except the booking is all under my account. Does anyone have experience of this type of scenario at a paid lounge? The worst case of course is they try and make me pay the full entry fee for 2 additional guests on my card….

I asked AI and it said re-book as 2x2 with the 2 PP cards. But the lounge is now full and I don’t want to take the risk that my “capacity” is not made available again if I cancel this original booking.
