I will say, it's been a very long time since ive had a gate transfer, then again, I havent *needed* one in a while. otherwise the feel of the service in the last few months seems different than say q1 this year, or even when they changed boarding a little bit ago. More premium service agents at the gates for CK. making sure CKs get on first (with the exception of 1 flight that was running late). FAs thanking me for my business while on the flight, stuff like that. LITTLE stuff mainly, but stuff that makes me think someone in a corner suite must have seen enough CKs wondering if the airline has forsaken us.
on topic: why not just order in advance?
