I hope it will work at some point as intended. As of now, it only annoys me. Flights previously shown as upgradable are not anymore; in between, it is pulling data incorrectly (0 miles/vouchers issue), and instead of telling me there are no upgrades available, it tells me I don’t have sufficient vouchers or miles. Why can’t they show the correct reason, allow waitlisting, and pull availability the same way I can when I call the SEN hotline? It would reduce their workload and is utterly stupid, I know. I know LH IT, but just from a business perspective, it makes me scream.
