OK. Now, I have a question about the Amex Plat Uber One benefit.

In mid-September, I signed up for Uber One by following the instructions on Amex (attached is screenshotof the AMEX benefits offer and instructions). Great! Uber One....

Sometime in late September, I added some Uber cash (from an Uber gift card) to my Uber account.

Yesterday, Uber charged me approx. $90odd/ish dollars for Uber One and pinged away ALL of my Uber cash balance (and then a little bit to my Amex Platinum Card).

In response to an enquiry to Uber's "help" (coughs...). Uber's online help (coughs...) appeared to refund the $90odd/ish dollars charge, give me back my Upber cash and claimed that little bit would be refunded to my Amex Platinum Card.

BUT - and this is my question/problem - Uber's online help (coughs...) seems to have unenrolled me from Uber One and says there is no such AMEX offer. This can't be correct. And, of course, Uber's help (coughs...) is pinging back nothing but canned cut-and-paste responses that aren't helpful. What am I doing wrong. How do I get Uber One "back" on my Uber account and NOT have uber charge me $90+++ dollars for it?

Bonus points if someone can tell me how to share Uber One with my teens who are on my account (kids have teen sub-accounts on my Uber account).
