a question please - travelling from doh to Hkg next month on an avios reward ticket first class . I intend to use AS for a bit . I understand that sometimes you get direct bus transfer from AS to aircraft . Is that only for where departing A/C is on a bussing stand , or is it also for contact gate departures to ? If you get the direct bus transfer , how do you get notified when to attend the bus or is it as per the departure board when says boarding / go to gate . Thanks for any pointers
