Staff downstairs managing access to the Cathay Lounges this evening. Operating on a “5 out 5 in basis” - queue here

edit - Qantas now refusing “one world” apparently until the HKG flight leaves at 18:20 - fortunately I arrived prior to 1700
so waiting for service to start downstairs.
