^^ Thanks. Yeah, we did pop by the Iberia counter to resolve since it was pretty empty. In hindsight, it would have been quicker to use the AA First Class security and have our passports verified at the gate. The system at the counter seemed glitchy and it took the agent several attempts to finally add our KTNs, then there was a huge line at pre-check. Oh well... live and learn.
