Opening in early 2026 after a major renovation, the former Scottsdale Plaza Resort will reopen as Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley.

The property spans 40 acres and will offer 404 rooms, including 224 guestrooms and 180 suites and villas (with 10 private casitas). All rooms include high-speed internet and refrigerators.

Facilities will include:

• A new restaurant and bar
• A spa and fitness centre
• A new resort pool with cabanas and daybeds
• Five pools across the grounds

For events, the resort provides over 50,000 sq ft of meeting space:

• A new 6,700 sq ft Pavilion with mountain views and access to a 5,000 sq ft lawn
• A 10,000 sq ft Grand Ballroom
• 21 meeting rooms, including an Executive Boardroom
• The El Teatro Amphitheatre (78 seats)
• Cypress Court (13,800 sq ft) and Plaza Lawn (3,000 sq ft) for outdoor events

The resort is located 12 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and will feature a full business centre and dedicated conference team.
