OP could try -- but the security queue at T5 can be daunting owing to a lot of infrequent flyers traveling overseas -- it's where all the low-frequency international carriers dock -- whereas the T3 queue normally zips right along; I've never waited more than a few minutes there. Plus OP would miss the fun train ride
