I got that email this morning and wondered how long it would be before a thread appeared here.
Frankly, this BA marketing BS is becoming loathsome. Newer cabin crews are mostly poorly trained and, in the case of BA Euroflyer especially, poorly motivated. Traditionally BA crews have been excellent and those still around are lovely but I increasingly find the service lacking. On my last flight I was in Y at an exit row and the safety briefing was simply overlooked. This is the first time I ever experienced that on any airline including ULCC.
