It is possible, but not probable, that Frontier will restore service on the route you planned to fly. It's one of the most maddening things about being a Frontier customer: you're never really sure when and where they're going to fly, even a couple months out. Their c-suite guys like to give interviews describing their "clever" marketing ideas, but I would submit none of that matters to an airline if your schedule is so unpredictable that all you can be is a "spill" carrier that picks up random customers looking for a bargain fare. I submit this is what will eventually lead to Frontier's bankruptcy.
That said, if the route is relatively "established" (like Frontier often flies it), I've seen service reappear after it's oddly disappeared. Like there was a recent discussion here about Frontier strangely eliminating most of their routes from PHL, which I think is even a crew base for them. Well, at least some of those flights did magically reappear, like at least a few "ski season" flights from Philly to Denver. But I'd never count on it. If it were me, I'd demand my refund and make other plans. Sorry.
