Good news for anyone wanting to redeem their miles or eVouchers for an upgrade to a higher travel class: you can now look forward to a new and improved booking process.
I was happy when I read about this new feature and went along to try it out immediately. With 4 intercontinental trips lined up sure there will be some availability for me from C to F. And look at that, 2 of my trips are listed! The first one offers it on the way back from the US, but tells me that I only can use miles, as I apparently don't have sufficient eVouchers (I have two eVouchers...). The second trip, despite being on the list of upgradable flights, yields no upgrade opportunities.
