I've been receiving emails like this lately for multiple flights. I show up and the flights are only about 90% full.

Southwest sure is engaging a lot of interesting "vendors" lately. We have this "Vendor," we have the "Vendor" with the app that is making the gate agents do the gate check begging announcements... who knows what else. Funny.
