Yes, as already noted. (I'm not sure whether you would still be admitted if you're flying on AA codeshare numbers, but someone else here will know.) However, there are some things that require a QR-issued ticket (i.e., on 157 stock). Al Maha service comes to mind immediately, there may be more.
