Aerolopa shows it with four rows in the front and one row in a separate cabin. That appears to be the old setup. The websites show the cabin with three rows in the front followed by a two row cabin.

This one has been baffling us. We discovered it about a month ago. When we ran dummy bookings on Oman Air's website the seat map indicated two business class cabins spanning rows 10-12 and 14-16 just as you are finding, so we duly flagged it as a new configuration. However, and this is where head scratching begins, the economy seat map for the same flight shows rows 20-33 and 34 to 49. In other words it is an exact match of the existing two class 789. All reports we have received about this business class seat arrangement have been pre-flight queries. We have yet to receive any bum in seat feedback corroborating any new config. It might be a GDS glitch
