Do Gold benefits "stick" to a reservation if you're no longer Gold?

So I only earn meaningful Frontier status through status matches. My current Gold status will expire at the end of the year, unless there's another status match. I'm thinking of booking a flight for February, when I'll no longer be Gold. I've previously had this issue "downgrading" fron Diamond. In that case, it was no problem receiving my expired Diamond benefits (like free carry on), because they basically treated me as buying a "bundle" which stuck with the reservation. I assume my free bag that's on my reservation (not part of any bundle) will "stick" if I have no status? I also assume I won't be able to upgrade my seats at the 24 hour mark if I don't have status when check-in starts?
