The general mailbox only works as a email short-cut for in-advance problems reservations could handle.
That's what bugs me.
I used the city-specific email and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM FIVE HOURS LATER.
And the advice from the actual human confcierge who spoke to my wife sugggested we should NOT use the city-specific but the general one.
I've always had great response from the city-specific one, and today, nothing.
