I offered them a bunch of old phone numbers and they told me I have to pick one.
I guess it failed. Now they say case closed again and start over.
I also don't recall - it's been well over 10+ years - if I ever redeemed for someone else.
They won't allow me to list a bunch of names of family. They tell me to pick one.
They also tell me they won't close the account and allow me to open another. The problem is I could use a new email address but my mobile number is the same.
Any suggestions?
I can't believe have difficult this has become.
they need to verify your identity; if you can list a bunch of answers, then that defeats the purpose. in a way, this is good, or anyone who somehow got a picture of your passport will be able to take over your account. maybe check if it is possible to visit a physical office (at the airport?) with your passport/id/other necessary documents to verify your identity
