Thanks! I've read about that card for BOM, but wasn't sure how to get it. I think we can also use the Centurion lounge in T2 domestic and Priority Pass for the Adani.

Since this is a separate ticket, you will be checking in separately for the domestic segment. If you have checked bags, you would need to clear immigration, pick up bags, and go to AI domestic check-in to check-in/drop bags. The AI check-in agent at BOM typically gives a separate lounge access card. At the AI-contracted Adani lounge, they will scan your BP and take this lounge access card.
