People don't even know (or reasonably care) what type of plane they're on. That's why they get shocked when it's actually a flightless plane from PHL or ORD.

We're the couple customers who actually do care (be it for livery, lie flat seat, upgrade chance, etc), and we're not exactly going to switch to Delta or UA because of their special liveries (or lack thereof, cough cough Delta).
