I had an issue where any CTA-booked reservations didn't result in Touchless ID. It turns out my name in Concur had my full middle name and it was concatenating that with my first name when booking tickets. This caused a name mismatch. I had to get HR to remove my middle name in their system and wait for it to propagate to Concur to resolve the issue on new bookings.
Interesting DP - I'm surprised that didn't cause issues with your Precheck in general. I remember in the very early days of Precheck, especially during the pilot program at DFW and ATL, there were numerous posts about middle name issues.
