Contact them and insist that a case be open with the "loyalty department". You can't talk to them directly but they can open up a case and I would trust what they say more then normal CSR.
You should also think about every single flight to determine if there was anything not normal such as a rebooking, ETC. You can call B6 where the agent can see how many flights/destinations you have taken but that is not a true indication if all flights qualify for 25/25. Just an FYI. Maybe there is a more definitive way to see if all flights count.
