A few years back I recall it being more generous - I feel like it was a split down the middle of the total 2 person fare?
I book these pretty much every year - going back to the old US Airways days. I as the credit card holder have always gotten the full mileage and full LPs based on the fare that I paid as the #1 passenger. Passengers #2 and #3 got LPs based on the $99 fare.
