Not only BA is awful serving outside London with direct flights abroad, now it is doubling down on a single hub to run all long-haul from. Previously, I humbly suggested that British Airways rebrands as London Airways. Now, Heathrow Airways would be more fitting. It is disgrace how BA can regard itself a national carrier. Honestly, this argument gets quite tiresome! The industry has moved on, with the development of airline alliances and the emergence of LCCs and the ME3. I suspect that the regions are better connected now, than they ever have been before!
