My application was rejected due to not having a TK-operated flight credited to my account, but not before they asked me to submit copies of the elite FF card with the competing airline (I am a Oneworld Emerald) and a screenshot of the last 3 months of flight activity credited to that airline's FF program. Such a waste of time.
P.S. If this is a prerequisite, I think someone should add it to the wiki here.
I was told that having at least one flight posted was a necessity
so I simply sent in another feed back request when my DUB IST posted and I got upgraded the same day,,My iST SGN had also posted by the time they replied
I included all the same information from my BA exec account’s web page log in (not the app) with that 2nd feedback
The app updated at the same time as I got the email
I don’t expect to need to be watching what I need to renew as I’m planning 2 or 3 long haul Turkish in the next year
