The only food items I've seen in the Diamond Premier lounge at any given time are 2 types of onigiri, 2 types of bread (might be curry bread, or potato bread, or a Danish, or a croissant, etc), 2 types of soup (miso and something else like vegetable soup or onion soup) and little rice cracker munchies. Also, they occasionally have Haagen-Dazs ice cream (e.g. last September 13th), but that seems to be a limited time thing that is not always on offer.

The "J lounge" (actually the Sakura Lounge which is for elites since there isn't really a true business class domestically) has hardly any food at all. All I've seen there is little rice crackers. And the only alcohol is beer, unless they've restored the whisky that was eliminated during COVID.

Edited to add: I just remembered that I've seen popcorn in the Diamond Premier lounge. And only the Diamond Premier lounge has showers (might only be the north lounge and not the smaller south lounge which will be closer to the Kagoshima flight. But you can still use the north lounge if you don't mind a little extra walking). The Sakura Lounge does not.
