Hello,

I've been crawling through finnair plus for a while now, up to +327/355/365 days (cant remember how far we can look) for JAL SIN-Tokyo.
1) Through the website, 0 flights. It doesn't even seem to exist in their timetable. The only flight on their timetable is a route from SIN-HEL-TYO via Finnair.
2) through the call center, the staff had lots of trouble and apparently had to do black magic to even see the JAL route. But 0 availability.

LoyaltyLobby's latest post about TYO-BKK also stated that he couldn't find any JAL flights via finnair plus.

So I'm not sure what's happening. I definitely get that this route is definitely very popular, but even on SQ I can find availability if I camp award release. In contrast on Finnair, I can't find a flight, much less see any availability. How should I approach this?
