Yes, to be clear, I can call any UK number for free using Three roaming whilst in Australia (grandfathered contractual rights) and my Telstra SIM gives me 300 minutes per month to any UK number (landline, mobiles, 0800s).

ALL the calls connect and I hear the BA voice giving me all the options, I can dial-in the options but after that process when I'd expect to join the queue or hear the ring tone for an agent, it just disconnects. And this isn't happening with other UK business's call centres.

So far I have tried: 0800 123 111 (gold), 0800 408 0009 (silver), 020 7949 3065 (silver alt), 0191 490 7901 (gold alt?) and all during UK working hours.

The Australia issue is different and separate, as all roads lead to Rome commercial sales
