Connected in clt this morning in one on the cramped b gates. Not only did they call CK to the podium before boarding, but they cleared the lanes out of gate lice that weren't pre board or CK. One guy who didn't seem to like the idea of having to move out of the way asked "how do I know if I'm concierge key?". He didn't seem to like being told 'if you don't know, you aren't it' .. can't please em all...

edit: connected through ORD few hours ago. had one of those southwest miracles, you know 20 wheelchairs to board, and 1 to deplane.... well there wasnt enough help to board ll the wheelchairs, so they called CK before special assistance folk.

dare i jinx things and say things might be going in the right direction for CK?
