Just registered. Agreed, it's a small number of points, but I'll happily take them. Much better than no promotion.

Read the rules, and I found it amusing that the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection is excluded. You're spending USD $20K+ on a cruise and they're worried about a couple of thousand points?
