You can argue out the rights, wrongs, shortcomings and general disappointment incurred post travel on a customer relations form. BA have invested in AI to dumb down your genuine concerns to the lowest amount of Avios they feel they get away with offering you...... which will be tarted up and offered to you as a gesture of goodwill ..... so much for your 'Premium experience' so far right?

I'm not suggesting for second that this is right. Yes there is an expectation when flying Business Class long haul that food and beverage will be provided and I genuinely do sympathise, however as I and others have also mentioned when there's no catering facilities in Nassau and the food which has been loaded elsewhere for you is spoiled, there's not much in the way of options to resolve the issue other than to advance warn passengers to self cater and claim back costs post travel.

And as a passenger, I'd sooner they did that than keep it a surprise for check in and be handing out pointless vouchers which could be difficult to spend in the airport at short notice. Surely getting your hotel/resort to pack a picnic for you which includes things you like and are of better quality than anything you'd have been given in Club anyway is going to be a far more substantial and enjoyable experience than a cold and soggy airport burger and fries from a wet paper bag that set you back $50 or having cabin crew throw a luke warm and greasy chicken leg your way from a cardboard bucket? Not very premium either.

Pick your battles is the advice... your expectations while admirable aren't realistic and aren't going to be met on this one so you're best advised to suitably realign them down accordingly and make the most of this with all good advice you've been offered from multiple sources.
Honestly it feels like most of this lecture doesn’t even relate to anything I’ve posted or the situation I was actually in, but I will indeed take one of your pieces of advice - to pick my battles - by not responding in any detail.
