How are the rooms?
26sqm. Renovated in 2017. Clean and bright colours. Proper work station and relax chair w/small table. Sony 43 inch LCD TV (not Android TV), UCC capsule coffee maker (not Nespresso), small bathtub and rainfall shower.

How is the exec. lounge?
Still holds a largest Club Lounge in Osaka.
Many regulars came by to say their goodbyes. Food and beverages were provided in generous quantities until the very end, without ever running short. Every staff provided extent services.

Empty. Since the pandemic, the minibar never fully returned.

What was good and what was bad?
I won’t linger on it, but this hotel holds many cherished memories. It is truly sad to bid it farewell.

Value for $ or One Rewards Points? Would you return?
It is deeply regrettable that the asset owner’s decision to close this hotel has been made just as its exceptional value for money was being rediscovered, particularly with the introduction of comparably priced alternatives such as Voco and Rihga Royal. The club lounge and several guest rooms remain remarkably modern, and it feels an utter waste to see such assets being discarded.
