It was alright, actually. The welcome amenity as Titanium member was okay, although I did ask for red wine next time I attend, since the alcoholic beverage they left didn't suit my taste, some kind of mixture of gin and something.

I did, however, have a billing issue in which they attempted to charge my debit card for the full night rate (at check-out) (extra £250.90) on top of what I had already paid on hold (which was £70.80 (plus a hold of £100 for incidental expenses)) when I checked in. Thankfully, because as a precaution I kept enough money in the account just to cover the check in, it failed to take the full amount in full.

I did ask why they attempted to charge £250.90, but never really got an answer back apart from the folio, which showed they charged me correctly but no evidence of attempted charge.

Reading the reviews, billing issues are a common theme unfortunately which is why I was very cautious in maintaining the correct amount in a debit card account rather than using the credit cards as I normally do.
