I assume you are speaking mostly about the BOS delays (which ripple throughout all of JetBlue's operations).
To be clear, the issues in BOS have had nothing to do with STAFFING, but were caused by RWY-TAXI / CONSTRUCTION, and this past weekend: ADDITIONAL CONSTRAINTS LOW CEILINGS AND GUSTY WINDS, which also affected JFK.

To its credit, JetBlue has weathered the storm in BOS surprisingly well, it's clear that they've made significant operational improvements. In early September, after even light volume, clear sky Tuesday and Wednesday saw 60+minute GDP's issued, I expected this challenge to end very badly for many people but that hasn't been the case. Kudos JetBlue.
