IMHO, a bit soft to "only" offer Silver. Other airlines provide more. For example, TC's and above in Emirates get Platinum, and equivalent grades in UA get 1K. I don't know about the other major airlines but they won't be far off.

I think Gold would have been fair, especially for TC's.
