Yes, I agree with you. It would be so helpful to find this information out.
If you search online for news articles, at least from the UK publications, they almost all say that you will only visit the kiosks once (on your first entry). I even went down the lines of asking various AIs, and they have all said you’re only visiting the kiosks once. Despite this, I cannot see on any official website where this is stated.
