You register once and it is good for 3 years so you only visit the kiosk on the first visit and then go to the normal 'All Passports' queue - unless you are allowed through the eGates.
Are you sure that on a second visit that you do not also need to visit the kiosks for the fingerprint and photo check before proceeding to the passport officer? If anyone has direct experience of a second visit to a kiosk-enabled EU destination then please share!
