I can think of one on top of my head about the phone line - they gotta switch out the new female computer generated voice when you dial in, it sounds so robotic and dead. The older male voice was slightly better, at least sounded a bit more cheery. AA should hire a real person's voice recording, it's a tiny thing that makes a big difference in a company image.
hopefully not that Chicago flight attendant that said “ first things first let’s buckle those belts” in the old safety video lol
