Thanks for raising this so I could follow and understand the rules as this will affect me on my return journey from SGN-DOH-LHR in a couple of weeks. Assuming QR do what they normally do which is strange but good when they award the avios and qpoints before departure, I would have been platinum exactly on the number on my journey home. However, my DOH-LHR leg is QR numbered but on BA metal so you’ve saved me some time and embarrassment trying to get into the AS lounge.

You only get Safwa access on QR metal. So the BA flight to LHR you would not get access. The flight to Singapore you should get access to Safwa. The remaining flights get Mourjan access in Doha. You should get QR premium lounge access in Singapore.
