I can think of one on top of my head about the phone line - they gotta switch out the new female computer generated voice when you dial in, it sounds so robotic and dead. The older male voice was slightly better, at least sounded a bit more cheery. AA should hire a real person's voice recording, it's a tiny thing that makes a big difference in a company image.
I told them that I did like the new food options in FC when I preorder but the delays are getting out of hand that have nothing to do with weather. Probably fresh on my mind since I had a flight out of ORD on Sunday that was delayed because the plane was coming from the HANGER and then had a maintenance issue. It was like good grief.
