They have offered 7000 Enrich points, not even enough for a one way to Singapore. At current rates it’s worth around 35USD. The ticket was 1300 USD so they’re essentially offering less than 3% of the fare for both no lavatories and also delayed baggage of over 24 hours. I don’t have an Enrich account so I wouldn’t ever be adding more Enrich points to the account.
if you keep flying them and they keep having toilet issues, eventually you will have enough for the return!
