They have offered 7000 Enrich points, not even enough for a one way to Singapore. At current rates it’s worth around 35USD. The ticket was 1300 USD so they’re essentially offering less than 3% of the fare for both no lavatories and also delayed baggage of over 24 hours. I don’t have an Enrich account so I wouldn’t ever be adding more Enrich points to the account.
thats 2k more than I was offered for a broken J seat and failed IFE/Wifi all the way from LHR-KUL.
Not sure where you are based and what you are used to but many airlines in this part if the world will give you very little in compensation.,
