Agree that your status may make some difference

Honestly, if you were not a diamond, I wouldn’t expect them to waive the fee even with flight issues. There’s too many flight issues anymore. I don’t personally have recent experiences, but reading through the threads I wouldn’t expect the fee to be waived.
