According to this chart Loyalty benefit changes | Hawaiian Airlines, former non-matched Pualani Platinum members who are now Atmos Gold members are still supposed to receive 100% bonus miles on flights through 12/31/2025. Additionally former Pualani Platinums are also supposed to have a 3 bag allowance if ticket was purchased before 10/1 as a Pualani Platinum. I'm only getting 50% bonus miles on my flights since 10/1 and online check-in is only allowing 2 bags for free. Anyone else also experiencing this?
