Frontier is cheaper, especially if you buy at an airport counter or if you got their Discount Den membership on the free promo several weeks ago. For last-minute bookings, UA awards are cheaper. JetBlue can be cheaper and certainly has a better in-flight product.
I've been booking Frontier whenever its schedule works for me, which is rarely. I bought the Gold status match so I am not limited to under-seat stowage.
