I just want to make sure I have everything needed for lounge access there (UA Polaris ORD to ZRH and LX business ZRH to BOM, but I am curious how the *G aspect works). FWIW, when I booked the domestic AI tickets, I used my United FF number, so it should show *G.
I've only had to use my digital club card (in your United App wallet) once, with a very stern agent in Germany, other than that it's on your BP and should never be an issue. Unless you get the same rigid individual I got.
