45 minutes is a legal connection for a connection within the same terminal at MAN.

You should be fine as long as there are no delays inbound (unlike LHR, MAN and CPH both have ample runway capcity so unless the weather's bad you should have no problem).

When you get to MAN, your SK flight (despite the BD number, this will be an SK operated flight) arrives in exactly the same concourse of exactly the same terminal as your ORD departure.

You might have 150 yards to walk at most, no security to clear, no passport control (unless they have decided to do sometging different for US-bound flights - this contrasts with LHR where you would have to clear security regardless). Tell the staff meeting your flight at MAN that you are connecting, and they should be able to tell you which gate it is (usually 20-something). Then follow the signs to that gate. You should already get your boarding pass for the ORD flight in CPH, so you won't even need to go to a transfer desk at MAN.

Also, if the flight is running on schedule you should find yourself arriving early (the schedule gets "padded" to allow for delays), so in reality you may end up with more time than you thought.

Whatever you do, don't follow the signs down the corridor to Passport Control, Baggage Reclaim or Arrivals! It's a VERY long walk back to the Departure concourse.
