Travel Delay due to waiting for connecting flight, and later weather
I had a travel delay - initially WN delayed to meet the connecting flight.
Then at destination it circled and went to another airport - windshear & tailwind speed
Closer to 4hrs delay.

WN didn't even offer coffee on this trip from BUR to SJC.
Are they liable for the delays? They deliberately kept the plane waiting to take 6 passengers - then weather got worse.
