I know there are some exclusions (say fees, surcharges etc) that cannot be charged against the $15 Amex Platinum Uber credit, so assume for this example that the spend of $25 is just the straight up "cost" of the Uber/Uber Eats item/ride. Obviously, I'd like to spend the $15 Amex Platinum Uber credit first before dipping into the 150ish Uber Gift Card balance (or AMEX, for that matter).
